Claims (1)
- 円筒形の外側電極、該外側電極に対向してその
内方に配置された内側電極、外側電極の内周面に
被着された誘電体とから成るオゾン発生管に対し
、前記外側電極と内側電極との間の空隙内へ酸素
ないし酸素を含む乾燥ガスを送流しつつ、電極間
への交流高電圧印加により無声放電を行つてオゾ
ンを生成させるオゾン発生装置において、前記内
側電極をその筒内空間が冷却媒体通路となる円筒
形電極と成し、該内側電極を前記外側電極の内方
に同軸配置して構成したことを特徴とするオゾン
発生装置。
