Claims (1)
- 受光素子としてアバランシエフオトダイオード
（ＡＰＤ）でアナログ光信号を受信する光受信装
置において、前記ＡＰＤによつて光電変換後の雑
音電力に比例した電圧を出力する雑音検波器と、
その雑音検波器出力電圧と基準電圧との差電圧に
応じてＡＰＤのバイアス電圧を制御する手段とを
有し、前記バイアス電圧によつて温度変化に伴な
うＡＰＤ増倍率の変動を補償することを特徴とす
る光受信装置。
