- スイツチング素子と、前記スイツチング素子の
出力により駆動されるパルストランスと、前記パ
ルストランスの出力に基づいて駆動されるＭＯＳ
ＦＥＴとを具備するＭＯＳ ＦＥＴ駆動回路に
おいて、前記スイツチング素子の出力端と前記パ
ルストランスの入力端間にコンデンサを介挿して
なるＭＯＳ ＦＥＴ駆動回路。
