The amount of injection varies depending on the expansion ratio of the foam material, and when the foam material is sufficiently foamed, it fills the space in the top plate 5.
In addition, the amount is such that it has an appropriate internal pressure. The foaming ratio of this hard foam material is determined by the preferable weight of the top plate 5,
It can be selected appropriately in consideration of hardness. When the hard foam material 22 is injected into the space 14 and foaming approaches the end, the upper and lower surface forming members 12, 10 are rolled into a flat state by the foaming pressure of the hard foam material 22, and the foam inside the space 14 is rolled. The hard foam material 22 is adhered to the hard foam material 22. The aforementioned mounting stand 17, side regulation block 1
8 and the plane regulating block 20 are fixed to the upper and lower surface forming members 1 by the foaming pressure when the hard foam material 22 is injected.
2 and 10 are prevented from deforming outwardly. After the hard foam material 22 injected into the space 14 has hardened, the hydraulic cylinder is driven to separate the side regulating blocks 18 and the flat regulating blocks 20 from the side and top surfaces of the top plate 5, thereby removing the top plate 5. Take it out and move on to the next manufacturing process.

is placed at a predetermined position on the mounting table 17, and in this state, the elevating body 23 is lowered to the position of the upper surface forming member 12, and the solenoid valve 28 is opened to generate suction force on the suction surface 25, thereby Then, the upper surface forming member 12 is attracted to the suction surface 25 of the elevating body 23. At this time, the upper surface forming member 12 is sucked flatly without any unevenness due to the suction force of the suction device.
