Abstract
PURPOSE:To correctly and stably execute the recording and reproducing of an information even when a recording medium is deformed by curving the part corresponding to a head in projecting or recessed shape in the moving route of a recording medium. CONSTITUTION:The driving roller 60 reciprocating an optical card 1 and correcting rollers 50a, 50b, 51a, 51b are arranged by interposing the optical card 1 on the part corresponding to an optical head 4 in the moving route of the optical card 1 and the card 1 is curved so as to project to a head side at a fixed curvature. The optical head 4 projects an optical beam 34 on a recording zone 2 by moving in an arrow mark D direction at the position corresponding to the driving roller 60. As a result, the deformation in the card minor side direction is corrected even in case of the card 1 being deformed, the optical beam is projected under the same conditions at all and the recording and reproducing of informations can be executed correctly and stably without bringing about a high cost.
