アンプと反転増幅器の増幅特性図、第８図は従来
技術における加速度検出器の構成図である。 １……力学量検出手段、２……判別手段。
第４図は本考案の一実施例における加速度検出器
に使用する加速度センサの構造図、第５図は第２
図に示す加速度センサを使用した加速度検出器の
回路図、第６図及び第７図は第５図に示すセンス
アンプと反転増幅器の増幅特性図、第８図は従来
技術における加速度検出器の構成図である。 １……力学量検出手段、２……判別手段。
Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 力学量を検出して電気的な量Ｓに変換する力学
量検出手段１と、上記力学量検出手段１からの電
気的な量Ｓが所定の範囲内かどうかを判別し、所
定の範囲内でなければ故障信号Ｆを出力する判別
手段２とを備える力学量検出器において、 変換特性がほぼ同一である力学量検出手段１を
少なくとも二つ備え、上記判別手段２は夫々の力
学量検出手段１と夫々他の力学量検出手段１から
の電気的な量Ｓとに基づいて演算し、該演算値が
所定の範囲内かどうかを判別するようにしたこと
を特徴とする力学量検出器。
