Abstract

PURPOSE: To reduce opening or damages and make easier the handling and pressure control by sequentially supplying short fibers, inorganic hydraulic materials and water along a force feed direction to a main hose connected to a compressor. CONSTITUTION: A compressor 1 is driven and air is sent by force feed, short fibers are supplied by force feed air by a short fiber supply section 3 via main hose 2a, further, inorganic hydraulic material and aggregate are supplied to force feed air retaining short fibers by inorganic hydraulic material supply section 4 via main hose 2b and mixed with the short fibers. Then, fiber compound materials are sprayed from spray nozzle 5 while supplying water to the mixture of short fibers, hydraulic materials or the like with a water supply pipe 6 attached to the base portion of the spray nozzle 5 via main hose 2c. In this way, the short fibers and hydraulic materials can be uniformly mixed in a dry type and in force feed process by a single pressure system.
