ＩｎＺ（Ｐｂ：鉛、Ａｇ：銀、Ｓｎ：錫、Ｉｎ：
インジウム、０≦Ｘ，Ｙ，Ｚ＜０．１）なる複合
金属層が存在することを特徴とする振動子。 項実用新案登録請求の範囲を包含し、ステ
