Abstract
PURPOSE:To miniaturize a device and to quicken a press work by providing the driving part of a punch and die, synchronously driving it by an index motor as well and linking, cutting out the driving part by displacing a driving box in the vertical direction. CONSTITUTION:The index motor synchronously rotating upper and lower turrets 13, 17 via a gear box and universal joint is arranged at the lower part of a press C die frame. This motor is respectively linked to shafts 53, 55 via the gear box and universal joint. The shafts 53, 55 are linked to shafts 65, 67 via bevel gears 61, 69, 63, 71 by driving boxes 57, 59, which are vertically moved by vertically moving cylinders 75, 101 and the driving force is linked, cut off via a locking pin 111. The device including a motor is miniaturized due to its gear driving and a punch press work is quickened.
