持筒体の上部寄り内周にスリーブを固定して上記
昇降筒をこのスリーブ内に貫通せしめ、スリーブ
の内周に上下に間隔をおいた複数の周溝を形成
し、各周溝に前記昇降筒に抵抗を与えるゴムなど
からなる抵抗付与部材をはめ、その抵抗の大きさ
を電動機から昇降筒に加えられるトルクより大き
く、かつ座部から加えられるトルクより小さい範
囲に設定した構成としたものである。
