Abstract

CONSTITUTION: When a detection signal is received from a 1st detecting means 109 which detects a detecting means 101 for detecting information of the information track being in the separation area after a detection signal from a 2nd detecting means 110 which detects the detecting means 101 not being in the separation area, information is detected from the playback signal of the information and thus the information is detected only when the detecting means 101 is securely in the separation area. Consequently, a playback error can be prevented against information absence.
