Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 被乾燥物を搬送しながら乾燥する乾燥装置に
おいて、機内空気を加熱する加熱装置と、前記加
熱された空気を機内循環するフアンと、被乾燥物
を載置して機内搬送する搬送帯と、搬送中の被乾
燥物を上から押えながら搬送する押え搬送帯を備
え、前記搬送帯、および／または押え搬送帯を金
属製搬送帯により構成するとともに該搬送帯に遠
赤外線放射物の塗着、または溶着したことを特徴
とする乾燥装置。 ２ 搬送帯、および／または押え搬送帯に塗着ま
たは溶着する遠赤外線放射物は、波長が２．５ミ
クロンメートル以上の遠赤外線を放射することを
特徴とする、実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記
載の乾燥装置。 ３ 搬送帯、および／または押え搬送帯は、金属
製網により構成されたことを特徴とする実用新案
登録請求の範囲第１項、または第２項に記載の乾
燥装置。 ４ 搬送帯、および／または押え搬送帯は、チエ
ーンにより構成されたことを特徴とする実用新案
登録請求の範囲第１項、または第２項に記載の乾
燥装置。 ５ 搬送帯、および／または押え搬送帯は、キヤ
タピラーにより構成されたことを特徴とする実用
新案登録請求の範囲第１項、または第２項に記載
の乾燥装置。 ６ 搬送帯、および／または押え搬送帯は、コイ
ルスプリングワイヤーにより構成されたことを特
徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項、または
第２項に記載の乾燥装置。 ７ 機内循環する熱風は、乾燥装置内を搬送され
る被乾燥物を擦過しながら、被乾燥物の搬送方向
に直交して循環することを特徴とする実用新案登
録請求の範囲、第１項ないし第６項のいずれか１
項に記載の乾燥装置。
