Claims

[Claims for Utility Model Registration] A disk device that writes information to or reads written information when the power is connected to an information storage disk located at a set position in a disk accommodating section, wherein the information storage disk is set at a set position. an electric actuator for discharging electricity from the disk; an electric storage means for storing electric power sufficient to drive the electric actuator while the power to the disk apparatus is connected; and an electric storage means for storing electricity when the electric power to the disk apparatus is turned off. A disk device having an automatic disk ejecting function, comprising: a power supply means for supplying electric power stored in the electric actuator to the electric actuator to automatically eject the information storage disk from the set position.
