Abstract
PURPOSE: To stabilize the control characteristic by performing prediction related to a value to be generated for the first time after plural m-sampling steps from the preceding values of controlled variable and manipulated variable through a predictor. CONSTITUTION: The control system having a sampling predictor PD is formed and this process P is expressed in a delay element VG and a dead time element TG. At this predictor PD, a controlled variable y(k) is estimated from a measured variable, the controlled variable is predicted at a prescribed time point (k+m) and an estimated value y' (k+m) corresponding to the controlled variable is provided. Then, a predictive value corresponding to the controlled variable y(k+m) at this time point (k+m) is found through an expression and further, a manipulated variable U(k) is generated from difference between a set value W(k) and the estimated value y' (k+m) while using a controller. Thus, this process P is controlled by the controller on the output side.
