Abstract

PURPOSE:To decrease the number of times of transmission and to save the cost and time by storing plural data of flow pulses, calling the center automatically when the data number reaches a set value and transmitting all integrated values at once. CONSTITUTION:A flow pulse from a flow sensor is received by a flow pulse input section 7, it is calculated and integrated at an integration arithmetic section 8 and it is stored in an integration storage section 9. Moreover, a load survey data storage section 10 stores the integrated and calculated pulse at a prescribed interval. When the data number stored in the load survey data storage sections 4, 10 reaches an initial set value or at the terminal call data, a call command is sent to an automatic dial section 6, a text is generated by a text forming section 11 and it is sent to the center via a transmission interface section 12 and a telephone circuit interface section 1. Thus, the number of times of transmission is reduced and the cost and time are saved.
