を介して前記リセツト回路へ電源を供給すること
により前記コントローラをリセツト状態に設定し
、電源低下若しくは遮断時には、前記フイルタ回
路を構成する前記コンデンサの充電電圧を前記コ
ントローラへ供給することにより前記メモリの内
容を保持するようにしたことを特徴とする電子機
