Conventional artificial wood-grain decorative veneers are produced by dyeing raw veneers with a colored or colorless adhesive between uneven templates, or by pressing and laminating them without dyeing them to form laminated frits with a desired shape. Afterwards, the wood was prepared and peeled so that the adhesive layer resembled the wood grain pattern, and it was used as a decorative veneer.

However, although the raw material veneer has a certain degree of flexibility, it is difficult to adapt to the delicate and complicated irregularities of the template, and even after lamination frizz occurs, it tends to return to its shape due to the springback phenomenon. Furthermore, the pattern pattern that appears is a monotonous wood grain pattern, a so-called board pattern, and it has not been possible to obtain a veneer with a straight grain pattern, which is considered a high-quality natural wood product.

In order to achieve this objective, the method for producing artificial wood grain decorative veneers of the present invention involves laminating a plurality of raw material veneers with substantially no wood grain pattern between a pair of flat boards via a colored adhesive. A first laminating step of gluing the laminated frit to obtain a laminated frit; a first preparing step of slicing the laminated frit in a plane having an inclination with respect to the adhesive surface layer; A first decorative veneer is obtained through a first step consisting of a scraping step to obtain a decorative veneer by scraping the surface, and a plurality of the first decorative veneers are placed between a pair of flat plates. A second lamination process in which a laminated flitch is obtained by laminating and adhering the laminated flitch through an adhesive, and the adhesive surface layer of the laminated flitch is flattened so that it has an inclination with respect to the adhesive surface layer so that it appears as a surface pattern. A second decorative veneer is produced by repeating the second process, which consists of a second preparation step of slicing and a scraping step of scraping the surface of the prepared laminated fritches to obtain a decorative veneer, once or several times. Characterized by obtaining a board.

Pressure lamination is bonded to the laminated frits through the colored adhesive layer 2. Next, as shown in FIG. 1b, the material is prepared in a first material preparation step so that the laminated fritsch adhesive layer obtained in the first lamination step has the desired first straight grain pattern. That is, the laminated flitch is sliced in a plane at an angle with respect to the adhesive surface layer so that the adhesive surface layer appears as a surface pattern. Subsequently, as shown in FIG. 1c, a primary decorative veneer 3 is obtained by removing the surface of the fritches obtained in the primary preparation process in a primary scraping process.

When sawing wood from the frits of the second laminated layer, the method shown in Figure 3a is to cut with the cutting surface of the wood slanted downward to the right, or the method is to cut with the cut surface slanted downward to the left. To obtain a wood grain pattern that closely resembles the straight grain of natural wood as shown in Figure 3 c or Figure 4 c, by the direction of sawing of the laminated fritsch in the second preparation step of Figure 3 a or Figure 4 a. I can do it.

For this purpose, use a veneer with a thickness of about 0.3 to 1.0 mm that has no wood grain pattern at all or is hardly noticeable, and is either dyed or undyed to obtain the desired wood grain color. These tree species include
Veneers such as agathis, lauan, china, and lamin are used, but when making a grain pattern, hard materials such as lamin tend to break during the secondary lamination process. Moreover, it is difficult to scrape off, so it is not preferable.

ある。 As the colored adhesive, a suitable amount of a colored pigment is mixed into a commonly used room temperature curing wood adhesive such as urea, melamine, or vinyl acetate resin. In addition, when using dyed raw material veneer 1, the grain pattern of the first decorative veneer will strongly appear on the desired surface of the decorative veneer, so a slightly larger amount of coloring pigment should be added to the adhesive used for the second lamination. It is necessary to add it to the veneer to give it a dark color that rivals the veneer color.

Pressure bonding was performed for 12 hours at a pressure of cm 2 to form a first laminated frit. A primary decorative veneer was obtained.

As described above, in the present invention, a plurality of raw material veneers having substantially no wood grain pattern are used, and these are laminated and bonded between a pair of flat plates via a colored adhesive to obtain a laminated frit. Then, the laminated fritches are sliced in a plane at an angle with respect to the adhesive surface layer, and the surfaces of the laminated frits obtained by laminating these are scraped to obtain a decorative veneer twice or more times. I am trying to repeat the above. This makes it possible to reproduce an artificial wood grain decorative veneer with a complex and subtle straight-grain pattern similar to that of natural wood. Therefore, in one lamination and stripping process, the veneer is subjected to strong pressure (30 to 50
Compared to the conventional manufacturing method of forcibly pressing the veneer at a pressure of 1 kg/cm 2 ), there is less deterioration in the quality of the raw veneer, and large-scale pressing equipment is not required.
