- クラツド層を形成するプラスチツクシートに多
数のプラスチツクコアを所定の間隔をおいて平行
に形成することにより光導波路アレイを形成し、
上記光導波路アレイのプラスチツクシートを長さ
方向の側辺と平行に二つに折曲げ、折曲げたプラ
スチツクシート間に遮光層を介在して密着したプ
ラスチツク光導波路。
