において、乾燥機に張込まれた穀物中から適時間
ごとに試料穀物を抽出してその水分を測定し、予
め設定された乾燥仕上り水分値を検出した際に乾
燥機を停止させるための装置であつて、乾燥開始
時および乾燥中に測定された測定平均水分値およ
び測定水分値のバラツキの大きさを、各測定時ご
とに予め設定された基準平均水分値および水分値
のバラツキの大きさとそれぞれ比較すると共に、
乾燥の進行に伴つて測定水分値のバラツキの大き
さを小さくするように熱風温度および水分測定時
間間隔等を規制する制御回路を備えて構成したこ
とを特徴とする穀物乾燥機における乾燥制御装置

に抽出された各穀粒の水分値の標準偏差、変動係
数、平均値にバラツキの範囲を加えた数値等をそ
