Abstract
PURPOSE: To establish a chargeable consultation system using a simple and certain telephone system, by constituting the system in such a way that the telephone number of a solver for consultation is stored in a card and a telephone number reading machine which reads the telephone number of the card and a device which automatically connects the circuit to a solver terminal set in accordance with the read number are provided.
CONSTITUTION: A person who wants to hold a consultation purchases a magnetic card 2 in advance from a shop and sets the card 2 into a consultation terminal equipment 3. The terminal equipment 3 automatically reads the telephone number inputted to the card 2 and automatically calls a master computer. The master computer asks the person who wants to hold a consultation about the content of the consultation by using a synthesized voice and connects the line to the headquarter system treating the content requested by the person. The headquarter system recognizes the signal related to the ID number of the magnetic card 2 and, if the card 2 is previously, used for consultation, connects the line to the same solver terminal equipment. When the card 2 is used for the first time, the headquarter system selects a solver from vacant lines and connects the line to the selected solver. Therefore, a chargeable consultation or chargeable information collection can be performed through telephone.
