【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 同じ幅の複数の誘電体基板を重ね合わせ、
この重ね合わされる一つの面に導電体層からなる
ループ状のプローブを形成するとともに、このプ
ローブを延長してマイクロストリツプラインを形
成し、前記複数の誘電体基板を重ね合わせて一体
化した誘電体基板ブロツクの外周に導電体層を配
設して矩形導波管を形成し、さらに受信および送
信すべき周波数の約1/4波長だけ前記プローブ
から離して前記誘電体基板ブロツクにスルーホー
ルまたはスリツトを穿設するとともにその内面に
導電体層を配設して短絡板を形成したことを特徴
とする誘電体導波管装置。 (2) 前記プローブは、一部切り欠いたループ状
であり、このループの一端を延長して前記マイク
ロストリツプラインを形成し、他端を前記短絡板
に電気的接続したことを特徴とする実用新案登録
請求の範囲第(1)項記載の誘電体導波管装置。 (3) 前記誘電体基板ブロツクの前端面に導電体
層を配設せずに、前記矩形導波管で開口面アンテ
