Abstract
PURPOSE: To provide the subject frame material for a female underwear consisting of a Ti-Ni-based shape memory ultra elastic alloy having a flat cross section and formed as bending in lengthwise direction thereof, excellent in body shape adjusting force in the bent direction, and also reducing an uncomfortable feeling in the front and rear direction of a human body in moving. CONSTITUTION: This frame material for adjusting a body shape, capable of obtaining an effect even on having a small cross section and a light weight as compared with those of the conventional frame materials and reducing a material cost, is obtained by compressing the round wire obtained by melting a Ti-Ni-based shape memory ultra elastic alloy, molding and hot working to a flat shape, then treating for softening at cold or at 600-1100 deg.C, then forming a bending to have 45-90 deg.C against a central axis of curvature of bending in the lengthwise direction, and performing an aging treatment preferably at 300-600 deg.C for memorizing a shape. A clothing for adjusting the body shape is sewn by mounting the above frame material. The obtained clothing shows no weight feeling, and a deformation thereof caused by a washing is corrected by a body temperature on wearing the same.
