Abstract

Also, after a certain confirmation time, a starting command A is given to a Diesel engine 6, and when a speed reaches a rated value and the output of an emergency generator 7 attains a given value, a switching command D is given from a voltage detection circuit 22 and a power switching device 3 inputs said output to a thyristor rectifier 41. At that time, said emergency generator 7 and Diesel engine 6 are in a state if light-load operation to avoid a possibility of generating knocking.
