Abstract
PURPOSE: To enhance the quality of a finished surface by supporting a blade part on a blade support part in a manner being arranged radially with respect to a rotation shaft for its swing movement, and contacted with uniform loads in conformity with the finished surface of a floor. CONSTITUTION: A blade support part 14 for transmitting swing movement to blade part 12 in combination with a rotation shaft and the blade part 12 are combined by an angular shaft 16 piercing through an angular hole 18 in the support part 14. Subsequently, an elastic body 20 is filled in an interstice between the inner peripheral surface of the angular hole 18 and the angular shaft 16 in order that a relatively small rotation is created in the blade part 12 and blade support part, and break force is added thereto by the elastic body 20. Next, a compression spring 22 and adjustment screw 28 are set at both the sides of combination part between the blade support part 14 and the blade part 12, thus allowing the adjustment of levelness of the blade part 12 and the adjustment of compression force as being contact with the finished surface. In this way, even when an unevenness exists on the finished surface, the finish execution can be done suitably.
