CONSTITUTION:An order operation converter 16 is arranged between a humidity adjustor 4 and a humidifying valve 12 and a subtractor 17 is arranged between an order operation converter 5 and dampers 7, 8 and 9. The order operation coverter 16 may receive a humidity control signal (an operation signal) acting as an output signal of the humidity adjuster 4, send a humidifying valve operating signal 41 to the subtractor 17 and at the same time send a surrounding air cooling restriction signal 42 to the subtractor 17. The subtractor 17 may send an operation signal 43 in which the surrounding air cooling limitation signal 42 is subtrated from the surrounding air cooling operation signal 38 to dampers 7, 8 and 9. Even if the humidifying valve 12 is fully opened due to a low humidity of the surrounding air, the surrounding air cooling limitation signal 42 outputted from the order operation converter 16 is increased when an indoor humidity is low and then an amount of intake surrounding air is restricted to prevent an indoor humidity from being decreased.
