Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the malfunction of a relay by supplying the bias voltage of a transistor concurrently from a secondary power supply. CONSTITUTION:First, when a power switch 2 is closed, a primary power supply 1 supplies the voltage of, for example, -48V to a relay SEZ and a transistor Q1. On the other hand, a secondary power supply 3 generates -12V as the bias voltage of the transistor Q1 and +5V as voltage for a logical circuit concurrently, and therefore the transistor Q1 does not operate. As a result, the rise of the bias voltage is not faster than the start of the logical circuit, thereby eliminating the malfunction of a relay.
