Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain the titled preparation having prolonged elimination time in blood and exhibiting improved continuing remedying effect of a drug component, by sealing a drug component in a liposome having a membrane composed of a phospholipid having saturated acyl group as the acyl group and a specific anionic surfactant as the membrane-constituting components.
CONSTITUTION: A liposome membrane is produced by using an emulsion or dispersion of (A) a phospholipid having saturated acyl group as the acyl group, preferably a glycerophospholipid or sphingophospholipid wherein both of the two saturated acyl groups are 12W18C saturated alkyl groups and (B) an aqueous liquid containing an anionic surfactant (preferably having sulfuric acid group or sulfonic acid group) having a Krafft point of ≥37°C at a concentration higher than the critical micelle concentration. A drug component is sealed in the liposome membrane to obtain the objective liposome preparation. The amount of the surfactant is preferably 0.5W50pts.wt., especially 5W20pts.wt. per 100pts.wt. of the phospholipid and the phase-transition temperature of the obtained membrane is adjusted to preferably 37W60°C, especially 40W55°C.
