Abstract
PURPOSE: To use the cosmetics in the open air, and to provide a sample of a new product, by attaching the powder cosmetics onto at least a surface of a foam body. CONSTITUTION: The powder cosmetics is attached to at least a surface of a foam body. The powder cosmetics is a make-up cosmetics. In the manufacturing of the application tool, a slurry obtained by mixing the powder cosmetics and a volatile organic solvent into mud, is attached to a foam body. As the volatile organic solvent, a hydrocarbon fluoride having boiling point of 20 deg.C-150 deg.C is used in due consideration of the peculiar solvent smell, inflammability, stimulation, safety or the like. Further, the amount of the powder cosmetics attached to the foam body, is preferably within an extent of 3.0g-7.0g per 1g of the foam body, after dried. When the amount is over 7.0g, the powder cosmetics is dropped in solid, and when the amount is less than 3.0g, the powder cosmetics is too little for the make-up. By using the application tool, the Make-up can be easily performed in the open air, or a sample of a new product can be distributed.
