Abstract

PURPOSE: To simplify a power supply facility and to reduce required voltage step-down transformers in order to reduce the cost by supplying a secondary power which is obtained by dropping the voltage of a primary power to a predetermined voltage, to various facility equipment. CONSTITUTION: A hot water after-boiling device 9 is provided with a step-down transformer and a d.c. converter, etc., as a voltage step-down means 6 for delivering a plurality of kinds of d.c. voltage secondary powers obtained from a primary power fed from an a.c. 100V socket 5, the secondary power being used as a power source for a control part 9a of the hot water after-boiling device 9. Meanwhile, the output terminal of the voltage dropping means 6 is wired and connected to a controller 7 and a bathroom controller 8 provided in a bathroom 1a. The bathroom controller 8 is a power supply assisting means for feeding a secondary power to a control panel 10 as an installed equipment provided in the bathroom 1a, and also serves as a control part for selectively supplying secondary power to other various equipment in the bathroom 1a.
