第１図乃至第３図は本考案の一実施例であり、
第１図は金型の縦断面図、第２図は接合面を部分
拡大して示した縦断面図、第３図は金型の製造工
程を示す図でありイは中子の斜視図、ロは中子を
鋳型内にセツトした状態を示す図、ハは砂抜きを
示す斜視図、ニは、金型の空洞内に鋳込みしてい
る状態を示す斜視図である。第４図は金型を縦断
面して示した説明図、第５図は従来の金型の側面
図である。 １……金型、２……熱歪矯正材、３……接合面
（空洞内面の凹凸面）。

Claims (1)
- 機械的強度の高い材料で空洞に成形し、該空洞
の内面に凹凸面を形成した金型と、該金型の材料
よりも融点が低くかつ熱伝導性の優れた材料を前
記金型の空洞に鋳込み、前記空洞内面の凹凸面に
密着して結合した熱歪矯正材とから成る鋳造用金
型。
