Abstract
PURPOSE:To expand the detection limit of an antigen in immunoassay in a low concn. region and to enhance reproducibility, by using a crystallized glass ball as the solid phase of a solid phase antibody for immunoassay prepared by adsorbing an antibody by the surface of the solid phase. CONSTITUTION:In immunoassay performing analysis and measurement by utilizing antigen-antibody reaction using a solid phase antibody, SiO2-Na2O-CaO-P2O5- L2O-MgO type crystallized glass, SiO2-MgO-CaO-P2O5 type crystallized glass or CaO-P2O5 type crystallized glass is used as a solid phase for adsorbing and insolubilizing an antibody. By adsorbing and insolubilizing the solid phase to hold the same to said phase, the absorbing amount of the antibody is improved and the detection limit of an antigen on a low concn. side is expanded and reproducibility is enhanced.
