Measuring Or Testing Involving Enzymes Or Micro-Organisms
(AREA)
Abstract
PURPOSE:To accurately confirm human placental alkali phosphatase with high sensitivity, by using the first immobilized antibody confirming human placental alkali phosphatase and the second labeled antibody different from said first antibody and confirming an antigen region. CONSTITUTION:The first immobilized antibody confirming human placental alkali phosphatase and the second antibody different from the first antibody and confirming at least an antigen region and labeled with a labeling agent are used. As the antibody, a monoclonal antibody or a polyclonal antibody is used. By confirming human placental alkali phosphatase by a sandwich method or solid phase enzymatic immunoassay using said antibodies, measurement is performed with high sensitivity without receiving the effect of isozyme derived from the tissue other than the placental.
