Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 電動要素と回転圧縮要素を密閉容器に収納する
と共に、前記回転圧縮要素を構成するシリンダに
回転ローラを内設し、該回転ローラの外周に圧接
する摺動ベーンにてシリンダ室を吸込側と吐出側
に区画してなるものであつて、 前記回転ローラと前記摺動ベーンとの当接面の
少なくとも一方に、硬度の高いダイヤモンド状ア
モルフアス炭素膜及びグラフアイト状アモルフア
ス炭素膜を順次コーテイングしたことを特徴とす
る密閉型回転圧縮機。
