Claims (1)
- 回転軸に接する複数の板状フオイルと、各フオ
イルを支持するバツクプレートを設け、フオイル
の両側端部を屈曲させてバツクプレートの両側端
部を把持させ、バツクプレートの内周面を回転軸
より大きい曲率半径で湾曲させ、フオイルの外周
面をこのバツクプレートの内周面よりさらに大き
な曲率半径で湾曲させたことを特徴とする動圧空
気軸受装置。
