Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the yield by a method wherein a base mounted on a heater block is heated by the heat conduction from the heater block, and heated by the reflected head of the heat having escaped to the above direction by a heat reflecting board, whereby each lead is firmly fixed to the base by a low-melting glass. CONSTITUTION:The works 14 mounted on a heater block 13 are sequentially conveyed on the heater block 13 by a conveyor mechanism 16 and carried to a lead frame fixing section 11.
