Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain a drug preparation having improved absorptivity of a drug and remarkably improved bioavailability, by dispersing a hardly water-soluble solid drug in oils which are liquid at normal temperature, filling the dispersion in a seamless miniature capsule and integrating the capsule and a digestive enzyme in each preparation unit.
CONSTITUTION: A hardly water-soluble solid drug is dispersed on oils which are liquid at normal temperature (e.g. fats and oils, essential oil or mineral oil) in molecular state and/or in the state of fine particles, the dispersion is filled in a seamless miniature capsule having a particle diameter of 3W1mm and the surface of the capsule is coated with a group of enzymes containing digestive enzyme to obtain the objective absorption-improving preparation. As an alternative method, said miniature capsule is filled in other capsule together with the enzyme group. The oils are preferably those having high affinity with the solid drug as far as possible.
