Claims (1)
- 高周波加熱器に接続してある電源ラインの途中
に設けた開閉器の動作を制御することにより前記
高周波加熱器を制御するようになしてある高周波
加熱装置において、前記電源ラインの途中に設け
てあるヒユーズ等の非常用遮断器と、前記開閉器
を制御する命令を発する制御部と、この命令を受
けて前記開閉器を駆動させる駆動信号を出力する
出力部と、この出力部の異常を監視すべく、前記
駆動信号と前記命令とを受けて両者を比較し、前
記出力部が異常であると判断した場合に停止信号
を出力する判断部と、この停止信号を受けて前記
電源ラインを短絡又はシヤント抵抗を介して短絡
させ、前記非常用遮断器を強制的に動作させる保
護回路とを具備することを特徴とする高周波加熱
装置。
