Abstract
PURPOSE:To simplify the circuit constitution to make it suitable for IC by connecting an inductive load and a current detecting resistance in series between the output side of a control amplifier and the ground and generating voltage drop corresponding to a driving current by the current detecting resistance and negatively feeding back this voltage drop to a second input terminal through a negative feedback circuit consisting of a resistance. CONSTITUTION:A control signal Vctl is a voltage signal and is supplied to the inverted input terminal of a control amplifier 1 through an input resistance R1. A reference voltage Vref is divided to a voltage V1 by voltage dividing resistances R2 and R4 and is supplied to the non-inverted input terminal of the control amplifier 1. An inductive load Rl and a current detecting resistance Rs are provided on the output side of the control amplifier 1, and the load Rl is driven by an output current Io. Voltage drop Vs determined by Io.Rs is generated in one end of a current detecting resistance R1. Its voltage level corresponds to the current quantity of the driving current Io. The voltage Vs is negatively fed back to th non-inverted input terminal through a resistance R3 as the negative feedback circuit. Thus, the inductive load Rl is driven by the output signal resulting from comparison and amplification between the reference voltage and the control signal, namely, the output current.
