Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve comfortability, when a room temperature control signal is operated based on sunshine and room temperature, by modifying gain to be added to a detected sunshine based on the outer air temperature. CONSTITUTION:Signals are fed from a room temperature sensor 50, a sunshine sensor 51, an evaporator outlet air temperature sensor 52, an outer air temperature sensor 53, a room temperature setter 54 and a mix damper opening detection potentiometer 55 to a microcomputor 58 which operates a room temperature control signal based on the aforementioned signals. Correction value A for total data is first operated based on a detected sunshine Ts without consideration on the directivity of the sunshine sensor 51. Then a detected outer air temperature TA is compared with predetermined temperatures alpha, beta, thereafter a gain to be multiplied by the correction value A is varied corresponding to comparison results to provide a second correction value B so as to correct the room temperature control signal. With such arrangement, comfortability can be improved through all seasons.
