Abstract
PURPOSE:To increase a wind force produced during maximum cooling and heating and to improve air mixing ability, by a method wherein, in an air mix type air conditioning device, a heater core and a guide damper are actuated in linkage with each other, and are rotatable between a position allowing them to protrude in the flow of air and a position allowing them to be situated in parallel to the flow. CONSTITUTION:When a temperature regulating lever is situated in a position MaxCool, a heater core 5 is located in a fully closed position B and a guide damper 6 is situated in a fully closed position D. Air introduced to an air conditioning device 1 enters a car room through a supply opening without being hindered by the heater core 5 and the guide damper 6. When the temperature regulating lever is moved from MaxCool, the heater core 5 and the guide damper 6 are moved toward fully opening positions A and C, respectively, according to a moving amount. Thus, air passing a vaporizer 3 only in an amount responding to the position of the heater core 5 passes the heater core 5, and is branched according to the opening of the guide damper 6. This constitution enables increase of an air flow during maximum cooling and heating and improvement of controllability of an intermediate temperature.
