The control circuit 3 computes increase and decrease of a heating amount from the input signals. Meanwhile, from characteristics indicating a relation between the position of a temperature regulating door 18, prestored in the control circuit 3, and a heating amount and having plurality of gradients, the target position of the temperature regulating door 18 responding to increase and decrease of a heating amount is computed. Based on the computing result, the temperature regulating door 18 is controlled to a given position by means of a motor actuator 17. This constitution enables change of a discharge temperature with amenity.
