Claims (1)
に、断熱部を介しかつ被焼結体の定置空間を残し
て、焼結用熱源である通電ヒータ並びに炉内温度
測定部材として熱電対による測温部材を配設する
ものにおいて、前記熱電対が保護管によつて覆わ
れるとともに該保護管が電磁シールド管によつて
覆われ、該電磁シールド管に少なくとも2個以上
の雰囲気出入口を開設することを特徴とする雰囲
気焼結炉。 (2) 保護管が酸化アルミニウム、酸化マグネシ
ウム、窒化硼素等の耐熱セラミツクスから成る実
用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の雰囲気焼結炉
