- 開口部を設けて鋼板をプレス成形した後に前記
開口部の内周縁に沿つて所定幅のフランジ部をパ
ネル本体に対して折り曲げ加工してなるルーフパ
ネルにおいて、前記プレス成形した状態における
開口部の内周縁を円弧形状に形成し、前記フラン
ジ部と前記パネル本体との境界部をなすフランジ
曲げ線を前記開口部の円弧形状に対応して円弧形
状に形成してなるルーフパネルの構造。
