    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ダストボツクスとして使用できる有底中空状の
    硬質容器本体の一端側に開口部を設けるとともに
    、柔軟性裾片を上記開口部の全周を取り囲むよう
    に配置して、その柔軟性裾片の一端側を、半径方
    向へ折曲自在として上記開口部の周囲の開口縁よ
    り突出させる一方、少なくとも前記の硬質容器本
    体を頭へ被せた際の目に対応する位置に、外部を
    透視できる透視部を有することを特徴とする防煙
    避難用具。
