Claims (1)
- 誘電体の一面に露出させて形成し又は該一面に
近接して配設される第１の電極と、前記誘電体の
他面に配設される第２の電極とを備え、前記第１
と第２の電極間に所定の電圧を印加して前記第１
の電極の近傍にイオンを発生させる放電装置にお
いて、前記第２の電極の前記誘電体表面より露出
する部分を絶縁性樹脂で被覆したことを特徴とす
る放電装置。
