Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain the titled paint giving an coating film having excellent gloss, weather-resistance, water-resistance, adhesivity and flexibility, by compounding a thermoplastic synthetic resin with a non-yellowing low- temperature curing block isocyanate, a color pigment and an organic solvent at specific ratios.
CONSTITUTION: The objective paint can be produced by compounding (A) 15W50 pts.wt. of a thermoplastic synthetic resin forming a resin component of the paint (preferably acrylic resin acryl-vinyl acetate copolymer, polyester resin etc.) with (B) 0.5W10pts.wt. of a non-yellowing low-temperature curing block isocyanate (preferably produced by using a phenol, etc., as a blocking agent), (C) 0.5W30pts.wt. of a color pigment (e.g. titanium oxide) and (D) 20W40pts.wt. of an organic solvent (e.g. xylene).
