Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a stuck double tubes having excellent high temp. corrosive resistant characteristic and mechanical property by hot-tube-making a double layer billet packing alloy powder having the prescribed components on outer face of forged hollow billet of Fe-Ni-Cr series austenitic heat resistant steel. CONSTITUTION:The stuck double tubes for the boiler is formed by hot-tube- making the double layer billet packing the alloy powder having the prescribed components at the outer face of the forged hollow billet of Fe-Ni-Cr series austenitic heat resistant steel having <=30% Cr. The above alloy powder has composition of wt.% of <=0.15% C, <=5% Si, <=10% Mn, 30-50% Cr, 30-65% Ni and the balance Fe.
