  1. ガス雰囲気となる炉本体の水冷ジヤケツトに、
    不活性ガスを炉本体の内部に噴出する噴出孔を周
    方向に複数個設け、炉本体の内部に噴出孔より噴
    出された不活性ガス流を拡散する拡散板を設けた
    ことを特徴とする炉のガス流通装置。
