アンテナと、受信アンテナで受信した高周波電力
を整数倍の周波数に逓倍する逓倍用ダイオードと

に、該導電層の一方の長辺側のほぼ中央部を所定
長切断してギヤツプを形成し、一方、送信アンテ
ナは、受信アンテナの一方の端部より所定の角度
でもつて延在する傾斜部と、該傾斜部の傾斜側に
該傾斜部の先端部より前記受信アンテナと所定の
間隔を隔てコの字型に延長させ、該延長部の先端
を前記傾斜部に連結させた閉回路部とからなり、
更に、傾斜部における前記連結部と、受信アンテ
ナの他方の長辺側端縁の所定部との間に逓倍用ダ
イオードを接続するようにしたことを特徴とする
