- カソードを含有する金属枠と、この金属枠に取
付られるアノードガラスと、このアノードガラス
を上記金属枠に取付するための固定金具と、この
固定金具に形成した突起と、この突起が挿入され
るべく上記アノードガラスに形成した孔と、上記
突起が挿入された上記アノードガラスの孔内に充
填され焼成された粉末ガラスとを備えたアノード
ガラス固定装置。
